Wins Continue To Elude Clinton Volleyball

Lady Cardinals volleyball has now dropped four straight after losses to Versailles, Smith-Cotton, Appleton City and Notre Dame de Sion to begin the month.
"The 2023 season is full of excitement and determination to prove themselves. Everyone is working really hard, the key to success now is communicating with each other during the game and having one another's back. Some great things are coming from all players but Brianna Wright has been quick to pick up many assists during the games. Our hitters did well in the first set against Notre Dame, with Josi Berry getting multiple line kills and Kinzlie Hager putting the ball down hard against Appleton City. Our defense has been working hard at practice to prepare for upcoming games and hard-hit balls by our future competitors. Everyone understands the importance of working hard in practice and how that correlates to great games! Our score may not show it, but huge improvements have been made already and we as a coaching staff are looking forward to the rest of the season," said Clinton coach Sandra Herrera.
The Lady Cardinals hosted Nevada on Tuesday night and will be at Pleasant Hill on Thursday.
