Do You Know About Prayer Angels?
The Prayer Angel was talking to God. Prayer Angels are the largest of the angels. They must be big and strong to protect those who pray from the evil one.
If there is anything Satan hates, it is prayer. When people pray, the power of God is unleashed in the world. The devil considers earth his domain. When people pray and receive God’s power, Satan’s plans are thwarted.
Well, like I said, the Prayer Angel was talking to God. Seems this Christian person on earth had begun a very meaningful prayer life, and the devil was giving him a fit. This guy would slip away on his lunch hour at work and spend a few minutes with God. His co-workers---tough, worldly types---were giving him a fit. They called him terrible names like “reverend” and “preacher.”
The Prayer Angel was asking God what to do. The angel listened as God spoke. The angel nodded understandingly. His face was filled with concern. Then, he was on his way back to earth.
What happened the next day was not caused by God. No, it was caused by someone’s foolish carelessness. Nevertheless, the Christian’s main tormentor was injured on the job. At the hospital, the doctor just shook his head and said, “Somebody better pray hard.”
All the tormentors now looked to the Christian for help. He prayed around the clock. Days later, the injured man went home well. The doctor said it was a miracle. The praying Christian had a new respect from his co-workers.
The Prayer Angels smiled.
