It was a great weekend to start off the Christmas break for the Clinton Cardinals varsity wrestlers when they traveled to Raytown South on Saturday.
After finally having close to a full lineup, the boys finished in the team standings with a strong 3rd place and two individual champions in Lucas McMenemy (106) and Triston Switzer (150). Only 3 girls wrestled in the event and they all competed very well.

The boys and girls both traveled to El Dorado Springs for an assembly dual on Tuesday afternoon. Those results will be available in next week's edition of the Clinton Daily Democrat.
