On October 16, 2023, Max Motors Dealerships acquired Jim Raysik, Inc in Clinton, Missouri now known as Max Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Clinton. Max Motors Dealerships began in Butler, Missouri and was founded by Mark Muller in 2006. Robert Jacaway, CEO/President, joined in 2017 and brought a vision for substantial growth earnings with business acquisition. This Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location marks the fourth Stellantis Franchise with the Max Motors Dealerships and will be the company’s thirteenth dealership in the Midwest across two states in Missouri and Kansas.
Max Motors Dealerships now comprises of nine franchises, thirteen dealerships, three commercial truck divisions, and two collision centers, located in 7 Missouri cities (Richmond, Lee’s Summit, Belton, Harrisonville, Butler, Nevada, and Clinton) as well as in Manhattan, Kansas.
