Leo Eldon Rapp of Rockville, MO died Feb. 22, 2023 at 96 years of age. Services were at Zion Lutheran Church in Prairie City, MO at 3 PM on Feb. 26, 2023. Visitation preceded the service from 1:30-3 PM; Burial was in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
