Lee Joseph Hoover, 81, died, Oct. 14, 2023. Funeral Mass was 11am, Wed, Oct. 18, 2023, at the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Windsor, with Father Ignazio Medina officiating. Burial with Military Honors was in the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor. The family received friends before the service from 9:30-10:30am at the church.
