Lady Cardinals Softball Adds Two New Assistant Coaches

The Clinton School District is excited to welcome Kelly DeHaan to the Clinton High School team where she will be a business teacher, a co-FBLA advisor, as well as an assistant softball coach.
Mrs. Dehaan has a B.S. in Sports Management with Marketing and an M.A.Ed from Union University in Jackson, TN. Prior to joining the CSD, she taught for six years at Lincoln High School.
Kelly and her husband, Ryan, have been married for 3 1/2 years and have a 2 year old son, Brooks. The family moved to Clinton in March 2022, and are excited to delve deeper into the Clinton community.
"I have heard awesome things about the administration and community in Clinton. With my husband and I now working in town, we are looking to become active community members.....that starts with me working here! Ever since getting hired, I get more excited every day to be part of the Clinton High School team of admin and staff."

Help us say "welcome" to Adalia Sewell who will be a first grade teacher at Henry Elementary School and a CHS assistant softball coach this year.
Adalia, originally from Kearney, MO, earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Central Methodist University, where she also played softball and was a member of Delta Pi Omega.
Ms. Sewell enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, traveling, and gardening.
"I am excited to work in the Clinton School District because I believe as a first year teacher, Clinton will be a great district to start my career in. I can already tell Henry Elementary is full of great opportunities and supportive staff! I am looking forward to this upcoming year and seeing what the girls will accomplish on the field, as well as my first graders in the classroom!"
