It’s auction time! The CWC Luncheon will have it’s annual October auction. The money raised at the auction goes to Stonecroft to further their mission. This year we have a silent auction planned, so come early to look over the tables of items and write your bids down. (Those who plan on donating quality items for the auction need to have them there on display by 10:30.)
Mary Alice Estes from Belle Vista, Arkansas will share ‘My Princess Story and This is NO Fairy Tale’. Mary Alice was raised in Wichita, Ks and attended Wichita State University and Wesley School of Nursing. She has since worked over 40 years in a variety of healthcare settings. For her final and happiest work she spent a decade teaching nursing students at a community collage outside Houston, TX. She and her husband of 50 years have 2 sons, 1 daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren.
The Christian Women’s Connection invites area women to meet a friend or bring a friend and join us for a fun and encouraging luncheon on Tuesday, October 17th at 11:45 at the Fellowship Hall at Victory (First Assembly), 1506 E Ohio, at the junction of highways 7 & 13.
