Raymond Eugene Baumgarden formerly of Clinton,Mo passed peacefully with his family at his side, February 14, 2023.
Raymond was born 9-15-1953 in Osceola Mo to Raymond & Edith Baumgarden Sr. Raymond was a US Navy veteran serving as ground crew on an aircraft carrier.
Raymond was united in marriage to Jaunita ( Nita) Hooker on September 12, 1972. To this union were born two children Christina and Edward.
Raymond called many states home but always considered Missouri the base of his life. In his lifetime he was a man of many trades but settled into his true calling, auto mechanics which he attended college for. He had the ability to listen to a vehicle and know exactly what needed to be done.
His beloved wife passed away in February of 2020 and he was lost without her.
Raymond was preceded in death by his father Raymond Baumgarden Sr, and his wife Jaunita Baumgarden.
He leaves behind his daughter Christina Kokinos(Tony) of Grand Forks, ND, son Edward Baumgarden(Cathie) Rockville, MO, mother Edith Baumgarden, Clinton MO, brother Vernon Baumgarden (Tamra) Clinton, Mo, Barbara Romero(Rick) Layton, Utah. 10 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter as well as many friends and former customers.
Graveside services will be held at Kings Prairie Cemetery 13110 SE 200 Rd, Osceola, MO 64776 on Saturday March 11, 2023 at 1pm. At this time we will also inter his beloved wife beside him.
