When I think about a 3-ingredient recipe, I always remember my friend JD asking me about one of my recipes published in an old column. He couldn’t remember what it was but he did remember it only had three ingredients. I told him the only thing more pathetic than him not knowing what the recipe was, was me not remembering the recipe at all.

So, the following recipe for pizza dip couldn’t be easier for both JD and me.

-Cream cheese, 2 blocks
softened
-Shredded mozzarella,
8-ounce bag of Kraft
shredded works best
-Jarred marinara sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the bottom of an 8"x8" baking dish.

Pour 2 cups of marinara sauce evenly over the cream cheese

Sprinkle cheese evenly over the sauce

Bake about 20 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble and lightly brown.

Serve with chips, breadsticks or whatever is your favorite for dipping
