To The Editor,
Why is it all good things have to come to and end?
Jim Raysik has been more than an Auto Dealership in our community for over fifty years. He and his staff have been and institution in our area.
One can hardly choose a local philanthropic effort in Henry County from the Deepwater picnic to 4H and FAA livestock sales, to the Animal shelter that Jim has not be a major supporter.
I have had the honer like many of you, to know this man for over that fifty years. It began with me in the 70s at Stayon Chevrolet. It is been a privilege to watch a country boy from Deepwater Missouri grow in to man who took civic responsibl’lity, create a work force, and ALWAYS ready to contribute fund and effort to community he loves.
Thankfully we have other good auto dealership in Clinton and I feel confident, Jim as selected a successor that will continue has legacy. Jim is to young to let grass grow under his feet in retirement. His leadership skills and knowledge and still need.
Jim Raysik has been and is a model for us all. I feel privileged to call him my friend.
