After Santa Fe canceled on Tuesday, the Lincoln Lady Cardinals went to Tipton on Wednesday and came away with an 18-1 victory.
Braylin Paxton pitched a six inning no-hitter and Alyssa Mellen hit a 2-run homer in the second inning. Lincoln committed no errors in the contest.
Paxton went 2 for 2 at the plate with two RBI's, scored 2 runs and walked twice.

On Thursday, with a cold wind blowing inward, undefeated Crest Ridge (4-0) came to town and was challenged for the first time in this young season.
Crest Ridge had beaten LaMonte, 24-1; Orrick, 17-0; Green Ridge, 9-3 and Midway, 19-0.
Crest Ridge scored three times in the first on their way to a 4-1 victory.
Lincoln threatened in the seventh with two on but a controversial call at first ended the game.
Five key errors cost the Lady Cardinals dearly.
Courtney Stephens scored on an error in the fourth for Lincoln's lone run. Crest Ridge scored 4 runs on 3 hits and took advantage of 6 walks.
Lincoln fell to 3-3.
