Heartland Community Theatre is pleased to announce our upcoming 4th Sunday monthly movie matinee. Please come join us this Sunday, March 26th, 2023, starting at 2:00 p.m., for our latest edition!
In honor of its 60th anniversary, our feature presentation is “To Kill a Mockingbird” (1962), starring Gregory Peck, Mary Badham, Phillip Alford, John Megna, Brock Peters, Estelle Evans, Frank Overton, Rosemary Murphy, Ruth White, Paul Fix and Robert Duvall. Based on the Pulitzer Prize winning novel, Atticus Finch, a widowed lawyer (portrayed by Gregory Peck) defends a Black man against an undeserved rape charge in Depression-era Alabama in 1932, while trying to educate his young children against prejudice.
Admission is always FREE for this monthly event, along with gourmet popcorn and beverages.
