The weather this week has been frightful, especially with the temperatures being so cold. In the Fristoe area, nights have had lows below zero and for several days the highs have been lucky to reach the teens. It sounds like temperatures will not reach above the freezing mark till this Wednesday!
Prayers this week for Patti and Bud Hatch, Delores Prater, Leland Brown, Lovely Henderson, Kathy First, Carolee Apperson, Lewis and Judy Retherfod, Easter Willis, Gladys Harris, Curtis Allen and Mary Scarbrough.
Happy Birthday this week to Fristoe Cafe's Chef Richard, and Ray Lowry. My sons, Randy and Adam each have a wedding anniversary in the next couple weeks too. Adam and Bridget were married January 22, 2005, and Randy and Heather married January 27, 2012. You all have a great couple weeks between now and the last of the month.
Several churches had cancelled services for Sunday morning because of weather but Fristoe Pentecostal Lighthouse Church was open for Sunday School and Church.
