The new 18 hole Clinton Disc Golf Course has been open for play for a few weeks but now the Back Nine has brand new Tee-Pads. A group of hard working volunteers worked for two days moving dirt, building frames and pouring concrete. A special thanks to Westport Construction for help with some of the blading. Parks and Rec also helped but without the volunteers none of this would have been accomplished. The Back Nine was sponsored by the Tony Komer Foundation and the Clinton Tourism Association. If you are curious about disc golf or our new 18 hole course check it out on the App: UDisc. Of course Tournaments are planned, weather permitting. The volunteers shown, left to right: Bruce Dewsberry, Tim Komer, Micah Noble, David Lee, Roger Reid and Paul Pearman. Others not pictured were, Doug Walrath and Irene Komer. Thanks to all the volunteers over the last few weeks.
