The Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce will close at 1pm on Friday, Dec. 22nd and reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 26th at 8am. We will have the same schedule Dec. 29th-Jan. 1st and reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 2nd at 8am.
We have given away our money for the Holidays! From November 6th-December 18th, the Chamber gave away seven Chamber gift certificates worth $25 each to five different individuals with our ‘Receipt to Receive’ giveaway. Congratulations to our winners and THANK YOU to those that emailed or brought by receipts the past couple of months.
Easy to buy...easy to use...and you’re helping out local businesses.
You can either call in, email your order, or stop by the Chamber for Chamber gift certificates. These gift certificates can be used at more than 300 local businesses and they don’t expire until Dec. 31st of 2024!

If you’re headed to the Downtown Clinton Square, tune into 88.5 FM to enjoy the Animated Christmas Light Music Show! It runs from 5 pm to 11 pm nightly.
Henry County Library-A book lovers Christmas tree be isn’t complete without a golden reminder of their favorite place on earth! The Henry County Library in Clinton is selling one of a kind gold ornaments celebrating the library’s history with a beautiful rendition of the original library located on Jefferson St and a gleaming version of our current location on Green St.
We are “Featuring” our Chamber members! On the Chamber’s Facebook page, we are taking text and images from our member’s websites, Facebook pages, Google searches, etc. and combining them into posts on our Facebook page. “Featured with the GCACC”. It gives the viewer a “one-stop shopping experience” for each of our Chamber members. We have a lot of Chamber members so getting every business on our page will take quite a while, but we think it’s well worth it! It’s just another service from YOUR Chamber of Commerce. Recently, we “Featured” GARY’S TOWING AND RECOVERY…GERAD WOMBLES-REALTOR…MID STATE ROOFING…M. MULLIS COLLECTIBLES…GILLIS FAMILY DENTISTRY…GLASSCOCK JEWELRY CORNER…MALLARD’S ROADHOUSE…LOYD’S TIRE…AND GOLDEN VALLEY ANIMAL CLINIC.
Do you like to sing? Would you like to make new friends? A Community Choir, led by Mark and Gay Smith, is being formed with practices beginning February 1, 2024. Practices will last 90 minutes each Thursday evening and be held at Clinton First Presbyterian church for six-to-eight weeks. There will be a performance open to the public in April. Everyone is welcome! In order to get a head count of how many people to expect, organizers are asking that you sign up. You will be asked for your name, phone, email address, and if you sing soprano, alto, tenor, or bass. This effort is being led by First Presbyterian Church but all in the community are invited to participate. We look forward to hearing from you!
Clinton Animal Shelter-We still have some sponsorships available!! Help a homeless pet by sponsoring a kennel or even a play yard. We currently have 8 Friends of the Felines, 1 Protector Dog Kennel, 8 Hero Dog Kennels and 2 Outdoor Play Yards still waiting for a sponsor. Plaques are going up now and no matter when your plaque goes up in 2023 your year won’t start until January 1, 2024.
