Summer Cross Country Starts Training Program

COACH JOHNSON: “Attention all 2021-2022 Cross Country athletes and parents. It is that time again to start our summer training program. If you or anyone you may know is interested in running XC next Fall please come out to join us. This is open to all High School XC runners grades 9-12. We will be building a base, just getting in miles, no specific workouts at this time. Summer Schedule: Running: Monday-Wednesday-Friday @ 6:30 a.m. @ the High School Entrance starting June 2. Boys can go to weights late after run. Girls if needed as well, if they can’t wait until 8 a.m. Weights Schedule Monday-Friday: 6:30-8 a.m. Boys Weights, 8-9:30 a.m. Girls Weights. 9:30-11 a.m. mixed. JH Weights are at 11-12:30 p.m.”
