Shadwick
Jennifer Lee Shadwick, age 61, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri, With family at her side.
Jennifer was born June 28, 1961, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Ronald and Charlene (Heitzman) Shadwick.
Jennifer graduated High School. She married Rick Harper in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1991. They moved to Clinton in the mid 90’s.
Jennifer owned and operated Breanna’s Boutique, an ice cream parlor and grill in Clinton for 18 years. She was an extreme multitasker and run several side business’s through Breanna’s as well. A Bus Depot, business bill pay location as well as other side ventures. It was not uncommon to see her with a phone on each ear and writing
something else at the same time.
Jennifer liked crocheting and knitting. She was on a bowling league for years, was a member of Jobs Daughters and Eastern Star. She sold Tupperware and Avon and organized as well as run the local farmers markets for years in Clinton. She was a very giving person to people close to her and strangers. Jennifer loved her grand babies.
Jennifer is survived by her husband Rick Harper; daughter, Breanna Shadwick, son Spencer Harper; grandchildren, Cathrine, and Everett; sisters, Ronda (Mike) Marek, and Melinda (Mike) Snyder, brother, Thomas Shadwick; 4 nieces and nephews, 2 great nieces and nephews; as well as several other fam.ily and friends.
She was preceded by her parents, Ronald and Charlene Shadwick.

Bobby Joe Wilson
Bobby Joe Wilson, age 93, formerly of Clinton, Missouri passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Bothwell Regional Health in Sedalia, Missouri.
Bobby was born on August 8, 1929 in Leeton, Missouri, the son of Carl Leonard and Hazel Viola (Overturf) Wilson, the oldest son of 4 children.
Bobby was a graduate of Norris High School. On December 7, 1949 he married Naida Frances (Stump) Wilson. To this union they were blessed with three children; Stanley, Alexandria, and Roger Wilson. Bobby worked for Osage Valley Electric as a local manager where he retired in February of 1990.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 72 years Naida Wilson of the home, his three children Dr. Stanley Wilson of Sedalia, Missouri, Alexandria Schussler of Irmo, South Carolina, Roger Wilson of Sedalia, Missouri, and two siblings Harold Wilson of Overland Park, Kansas, and Georgia Seaman of Olathe, Kansas, along with many other family and friends.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Junior Wilson.
Funeral services were held September 23, 2022 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with Rev. David Mills officiating. Special music included “Blessed Assurance, I Am Bound For the Promised Land, and Amazing Love.” Interment was in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri.
Services were under the direction of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, MO.
