The Cards played a good game at Oak Grove on the road, Tuesday, Oct. 19. The game was tied 1-1 at the half but the Cards defense broke down once in the second half and the Cardinal offense could not counter. They lost 2-1. This made their season record 9-7. They play the Lone Jack Mules on Thursday, Oct. 21. The Cards have two home games (Oct. 26 Ex. Springs and Oct. 28 Center) before District play begins Saturday, Oct. 30 at Greenwood vs the Greenwood Blue Jays.
