Billy Downs, 104, of Harrisonville, Missouri, formerly of East Prairie, Mo., died Friday morning, June 9, 2023. Funeral services were 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor. Burial was in the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor.
